Contractor Requirements
To maintain Approved Contractor Status, applicants must provide the following minimum compliance items.
Compliance Standards
- Active General Liability Insurance (COI verified, $1M minimum)
- State trade licensing (where required)
- OSHA compliance confirmation
- W-9 submission
- Legal U.S. work authorization
- Verifiable field experience
